St Tudy
St Tudy
St Tudy Church

St. Tudy was the birthplace of the story of Mutiny on the Bounty, for it was here that Bligh grew up to become one of the most fearless navigators much admired by Cook and Nelson but really only remembered for the famous mutiny.

The church of St. Tudy is 300 feet above sea level in the centre of the village and goes back to the 9th or 10th century with a Saxon tomb.
